What a proper blind install involves
Every window surface is different. Plasterboard needs anchors, brick needs masonry fixings, tiles need care and the right bit, and steel lintels above windows catch people out constantly. We bring the fixings for all of them, set bracket positions so the blind runs true and clears handles and winders, and level everything against the window, not just the spirit level, because window frames are rarely level themselves.
Chains and controls go on the side you actually use. Motorised blinds are paired to their remotes and app before we leave, and we show you how everything works. Curtain tracks are levelled and fixed to what is actually behind the plaster, and shutters are scribed and adjusted to the opening on the day.
Installing what we measure, not what you measured
We install what we measure, and that is deliberate. It means the measurement risk sits with us: if something does not fit on install day, we remake it, and it costs you nothing. You are never stuck between a maker blaming the measurer and a measurer blaming the maker, because they are the same people. It also means the install has been planned since the measure, because the fitter decided at your window whether it would be a recess or face fit and what it would fix to.
