Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every purchase from Aussie Curtains Pty Ltd (ABN 74 696 685 640), whether ordered online or quoted in your home. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Custom made products

Blinds, curtains and shutters are made to order to the sizes and options you choose. Once production starts they cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind.

DIY orders

• You are responsible for the measurements you enter. Follow the measuring guide, and ask us to check your numbers before ordering if you are unsure.
• We make products to the sizes ordered. If a product is made to the sizes you supplied and does not fit, a remake is chargeable.
• Lead times shown on the site are estimates. We will tell you if an order is going to run late.
• Payment is taken in full at checkout. Accepted methods are shown at checkout.

In-home measure, quote and installation

• The measure and quote is free and carries no obligation.
• Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
• A deposit is required to start production. The balance is due on installation unless the quote says otherwise.
• We are responsible for the accuracy of measurements we take and for the fit of products we install.
• Installation dates are arranged with you once the products are ready. Access, parking and a clear working area are your responsibility.

Faults and warranty

Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our warranty terms are on the warranty page. Report any fault to leads@aussiecurtains.com.au with photos and your order or quote number.
