Do you price differently for volume?
Send the project through and we price it on the job. Quantity, product mix and whether you need install all move the number, so a quote against your real schedule is more use than a percentage off a retail price.
Can you supply without installing?
Yes. Supply-only ships anywhere in Australia, made to your measurements. Plenty of builders have their own carpenters and just want the product on site.
Do you install outside Melbourne?
Not at the moment. Install is Greater Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. Everywhere else in Australia is supply-only.
Can you work off plans?
Send them through. For anything being built we usually quote off plans first, then check-measure on site before the order goes into production.
What do you need from me to quote?
Roughly how many windows, which products you are after, the site suburb and your timeframe. If you have a window schedule or plans, attach those when we reply to your enquiry.
Can you stage deliveries across a project?
Tell us the staging when you enquire and we will build it into the quote and the production dates.
