Privacy Policy

Aussie Curtains Pty Ltd (ABN 74 696 685 640) collects personal information so we can quote, make, deliver and install window coverings, and so we can keep in touch about your enquiry or order. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, address.
• Details about your enquiry: the products you are interested in, window measurements, photos you send us.
• Order and payment details for DIY purchases. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
• How you found us: the page you landed on, referring site, and advertising click identifiers, so we know which marketing works.
• Standard web analytics (pages viewed, device type) through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

How we use it

• To call or email you about a measure and quote, a sample request or an order.
• To make and deliver your products and to arrange installation.
• To send occasional offers and news, unless you ticked the box on the form asking us not to. You can opt out at any time by replying or using the unsubscribe link.
• To measure and improve our advertising. Conversion data is shared with Google Ads and Meta in aggregate.

Who we share it with

Our installers and sales contractors in Melbourne, our manufacturing suppliers (measurements and product details only), delivery carriers, our payment providers (Stripe, Zip), and the service providers that run our website, email and CRM. We do not sell your information.

Storage and security

Your information is stored in our CRM, hosted in Australia, with access limited to staff who need it. Email is sent through a transactional email provider. We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal record keeping obligations.

Access and correction

Email leads@aussiecurtains.com.au to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it.
